Description
In the Medina, which is the old walled city in Marrakesh Morocco, food vendors fill the huge town square
at night, offering delightful traditional dishes, feeding locals and hungry travelers alike. During the day
many of the local people are kept busy in their homes preparing ingredients that will go into that night‘s
dishes in the square. This man was carrying chickens down the old cobblestone streets on his way to a
home where the birds would be plucked and prepared for cooking.
